We are now looking to recruit a dynamic Catering Development Manager for our Retail Department. Our aim is to provide sensational service in our extensive portfolio of pubs and restaurants.

Brewery Operative

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join a small team and help in the production of Okells award winning beers. The job will entail all aspects of production from unloading of raw materials to washing casks and finally filling empty casks with the finished beer. Full training will be given.

You must be:

  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Work well within a team
  • Demonstrate a hands on approach
  • Fork lift licence is essential
  • Must be physically fit

About the Role

Working alongside our Senior Directors your primary responsibility will involve an exceptional level of organisation, secretarial and administrative skills. You must demonstrate professionalism and show initiative. Maintaining diaries, scheduling of appointments, booking travel and the ability to work to tight deadlines will be critical to this role. You will provide secretarial support including typing, audio typing, support for statutory compliance procedures and receiving and responding to customer enquiries.

The candidate will demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm and ideally have 5 year’s experience in a senior PA role. You will be customer focused with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to use your own initiative. A confident communicator, both in spoken and written word, you will possess accurate keyboard skills and good knowledge of all MS Office products and be comfortable working independently. The right candidate will have a desire to command the role and demonstrate this by providing superior levels of assistance and service to Directors, colleagues and customers.
